There are a few little towns in New England that I like to re-visit at least once a year. One of such town is a Walpole, NH. It is very pretty, with beautiful old buildings, like the one on the left. This building looks like a church, but is a school of some sort. Directly across from it is my favorite gourmet chocolate shop Burdick Chocolates. Attached to the chocolate store is a very nice restaurant also called Burdick's. This evening shadow shot from Walpole is my contribution to Shadow Sunday shot.

Oh, at first I thought that the church was the chocolate shop. But I guess it's not--how sad! :-)
SOME SAY THAT SHADOWS
Some say that shadows are fragments of light,
Others that they are but pieces of night,
Fleeing like demons when dawn becomes day,
Fearing the radiance coming their way.
Is one notion wrong and one notion right?
Just what are shadows if they are not light?

The white church sits on the green - there is nothing more New England than that! Small town chocolate makers make such a wonderful treat. Small town NE is beautiful!
Beautiful building, and the light at the front is lovely. Mickie :)

Looks like a beautiful evening, and yes, I do like chocolate. :)
