This picture is from winter walk on the beach. We had over 50 inches of snow so far this winter, but not much on the beach. When I saw this log in the dunes of Cape Cod beach I knew it would make a great Shadow Sunday shot.

This picture is from winter walk on the beach. We had over 50 inches of snow so far this winter, but not much on the beach. When I saw this log in the dunes of Cape Cod beach I knew it would make a great Shadow Sunday shot.

Snow, or sand, is the place for shadows in any season. Where we live near Long Island Sound, we rarely see the amount of snow we are seeing this year. I am not a fan of winter per se, the best part of the season is of course, the shadows!
50 inches!! Oh, WOW! And I complain about winter! Well, shut my mouth!! Terrific shadow shot for the day! Hope you have a wonderful weekend with lots of sunshine!
