- Hello! I am a fiber artist and a photographer. Art quilts allow me to combine two of my life long passions - sewing and painting, which I have been doing since I was 5 years old. I have participated in exhibitions both as a painter as well as a traditional quilter. Recently, I celebrated the making of my 600'th art quilt. I have been serious about photography for over 20 years. I rarely go anywhere without my camera. I am so pleased to be able to share the world I see with the readers of my blog.

This is a wonderful look at your artistry. Weaving a winter look, the bare trees stand upright while the person leaves a strong winter shadow. I like the stark view. Very nice art!
