I am participating in Shadow Shot Sunday, where people share photographic images that feature shadows. This is a Nantucket lighthouse, Massachusetts. I like this shot because the little walk way's geometric lines and shadows leading the eye towards the lighthouse.
The second contribution is to camera critters. This is a neighbood cat. She is a pretty cat, although I am not too happy when she poops in my flowers :-)

The planks that lead to the lighthouse offers nice shadows, linear and a guide to the front door. The classic seaside look of New England is defining by the sand and nautical details.
How could a kitty with that sweet look defile anybody's garden? I guess with a look like this, she must feel obligated to act different...

I have no critters, so I like looking at people's posts with critters. The cat usually have such stunning eyes. The shot of the light house was done magnificently centered.
Black and white images are in a world of their own and add so much drama to a shot. This is beautiful. Have a great week.
