I spotted this pretty yellow flower spinning its vine over someone's cast iron fence. I have no idea what it is. If any of you gardening expert know its name, I would really appreciate if you could let me know!

Sweet bay! YES!!! I looked up the photos on line, and it does look similar to my mystery flower. I did not even know Black Eyed Susan had a vine variety! There is a small difference in the shape of the petals - the photos in DavesGarden show round petals, my flower has a more interesting shape of the petals. But I suspect it is just a difference in a variety.
