I am participating in Still Live and Shadow Shot Sunday, where people share photographic images that feature shadows. I like finding beauty around me. I am lucky enough to live a very beautiful New England. 100 miles in each direction one can find a large variety of points of interest: an ocean to the east, mountains to west and north, lakes all around...
This week's contribution folliage in New England. I spotted this beautiful bridge as we were driving back home from Vermont.

The shadows are large and ominous, the reflection delicate. The autumnal Vermont views are fiery yet soothing. Nice views!
Hopper is endearing if mischievous!
Wonderful photos - both. Love the white bridge over the water. where is that? I grew up in New England. Such a sweet shot of the kitten. He is adorable!
Unfortenately, I can not remember the name of the town where the bridge was. We were just drivig back on some back road and I hopped out of the car to take a photo.
Love the reflections in the water! Lovely shot! And Hopper is a real cutie!
Have a great weekend!

what a lovely bridge, specially against the background of autumnal foliage. Very cute kitten too!
Little Hopper is too cute! Our cats like to sleep on clean clothes, especially when they come out of the dryer and are sitting in the baskets.
Great shots, love the bridge and since I am a cat person with out a cat, I enjoy the photo of hopper.
What a glorious part of the world you live in and you certainly take advantage of it with your artist's eye!
great shots....love the kitty....so cute and furry!
Your part of the world looks like mine in Northern Michigan...the trees are changing rapidly and falling quickly. Unfortunately we've had very few sunny days to capture their beauty. Very nice photos!!

Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment.
My human Mommie used to love autumn when she was gowing up in a warmer climate with long hot summers, but now that we live in a cold climate with a long dark winter, she longs for spring. It's all about your point of view!
